I'm Ann, and in my holistic practice in Torhout I bring hair, body and soul back together. In the shelter of my little wooden house, I help you let go of the busyness of everyday life and return to who you truly are. My mission is to create a safe space in which you can feel again what is truly alive in you, so tension can release and there's room again for new energy and lightness.
Care for hair and body
In my organic hair salon I work exclusively with the power of nature and consciously choose 100% plant-based colours. No chemicals, just pure plant power that deeply nourishes your hair in a calm, restful setting. A visit to the hairdresser here becomes a moment of stillness and healthy self-care for your whole system, taking the time for what your hair really needs.
For your body, I offer energetic massages and bodywork, such as the Raindrop massage and "life for the moment" energetic massages. These sessions are never standard, but always intuitively tuned to what you need in that moment to release blockages and let your energy flow freely through your whole body again. It's an invitation to step out of your head and settle back into the calm wisdom of your own body.
Journeys to Morocco
My heart lies in the desert, a place where time seems to stand still and silence embraces you. Together with Sahara Nomadic Travel, I organise reflection journeys to Morocco that touch you at your deepest core. Whether you choose the safety of a group journey or the depth of a personal one-on-one journey: the endless space of the desert inevitably brings you back to your own essence. It's an experience that goes beyond what the mind can grasp.
Insight and connection
Sometimes you need a mirror or a new direction in life. Through an intuitive card reading, we tune in together to your energy to bring clarity to what's ready to be seen right now. You can also make your own shamanic drum with me; an intense and creative process in which you rediscover your own rhythm, strength and sound. It's a path of connection with yourself and with the greater whole.
You don't need to know or be able to do anything. You are welcome. Exactly as you are.
